Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Product Manager will oversee the development and enhancement of our hiring platform, manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales. Daily tasks include defining product strategies, prioritizing features, conducting market research, gathering user requirements, and ensuring the product meets the needs of our customers.
- Product Management, Project Management, and Business Analysis skills
- Experience in defining product strategies and conducting market research
