Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Jaipur. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, from ideation to market launch and beyond. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing product strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, managing product performance, and ensuring products meet quality and compliance standards. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and regulatory teams.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Product Management, including product lifecycle management and strategic planning
- Expertise in Market Research and Trend Analysis to identify customer needs and industry developments
- Proficiency in Cross-Functional Collaboration and Team Coordination
- Knowledge in Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in an on-site role in Jaipur
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management); advanced degrees are a plus
