Role Overview
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the development and lifecycle of products by working closely with cross-functional teams. This role ensures that products align with business goals, meet customer needs, and deliver exceptional value to the market.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products on time. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders and customers. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the product experience. Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch.
Go-to-Market Planning: Work with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies. Ensure successful product launches through effective positioning and messaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of product management processes and tools. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Proficiency in product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Aha
Preferred Skills
