Position: Healthcare Solutions Product ManagerWe are looking for a Healthcare Solutions Product Manager who will develop and plan marketing strategies for new or existing company products in coordination with the direction and sales teams.
Responsibilities:- Support the sales team:
- Prepare, validate, and transmit specific commercial sales arguments, ensuring consistency and correctness.
- Implement training and coaching to the sales team to ensure proper sales actions.
- Create and develop the local marketing plan:
- Generate the local marketing plan.
- Coordinate and follow-up on strategies, complaints, and special pricing requests.
- Identify and evaluate contacts of interest, such as clinical specialists.
- Participate in the technical design and content review of marketing materials (brochures, promotional materials, stands) following market needs and guidelines.
- Training and education:
- Organize, coordinate, and participate in external scientific, clinical, or informational events (congresses, clinical sessions).
- Keep updated on new developments and trends, and promote the advantages of our products.
- Coordinate actions with other departments.
- Interpret, carry out, and analyze market studies to understand products, customers, and competition.
- Identify and propose new business opportunities through Key Opinion Leaders.
- Local product launches:
- Generate appropriate materials.
- Develop strategies and marketing plans considering the 4P's (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Experience in healthcare industry roles (sales, marketing, scientific) and hospital sector.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong judgment and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30-40%.
