The Product Manager for Business & Product Analytics will drive data-driven product decisions, cross-functional alignment, and execution excellence for New Product
Introduction s (NPIs) and New Feature
Introduction s (NFIs) and other strategic Cross-functional projects
This role bridges strategy and delivery "" ensuring product initiatives are planned, measured, and executed effectively across multiple functions including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Business Analytics roles.
- Proven experience leading or supporting NPI/NFI launches or major cross-functional product initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, SQL, or Excel .
- Understanding of SaaS business models, KPIs (ARR, NRR, adoption, churn, NPS), and go-to-market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to work across global teams, drive accountability, and influence without direct authority.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insightsHiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
