Your role and responsibilities

The Product Manager for Business & Product Analytics  will drive data-driven product decisions, cross-functional alignment, and execution excellence  for New Product

Introduction s (NPIs) and New Feature

Introduction s (NFIs) and other strategic Cross-functional projects
This role bridges strategy and delivery "" ensuring product initiatives are planned, measured, and executed effectively across multiple functions including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Impact of the Role 

This role ensures IBMs Middleware and Integration products deliver measurable business impact through:
- Stronger visibility into product and business performance
- Data-informed decision-making for leadership
- Improved alignment across global product teams and GTM functions

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred education
Master's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Qualifications & Experience 
- 10+ years  of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Business Analytics roles.
- Proven experience leading or supporting NPI/NFI launches  or major cross-functional product initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, SQL, or Excel .
- Understanding of SaaS business models, KPIs (ARR, NRR, adoption, churn, NPS), and go-to-market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to work across global teams, drive accountability, and influence without direct authority.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insightsHiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Preferred Attributes 
- Experience with IBM or enterprise software  environment and cross-portfolio coordination.
- Exposure to product lifecycle governance, agile development, and portfolio management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action and measurable results.
