We're building a global Faith-Tech platform designed to help users connect spiritually through authentic content, guidance, and community. As Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation to launch - to build meaningful digital experiences that blend faith, technology, and human connection.
Your goal is to translate Sanatan Dharm's intent into seamless digital interactions that inspire, educate, and build trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmapping, and cross-functional execution.
- Own the roadmap for key pillars - content, community, commerce, utilities and donation.
- Translate community insights and spiritual goals into actionable product strategies.
- Leverage tools and workshops to conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand spiritual behaviors and ritual patterns.
- Collaborate with our UX and design team to create interfaces that are inclusive, intuitive, and emotionally resonant.
- Balance growth metrics with trust, authenticity, and social impact.
- Leverage A/B testing and cohort analysis to enhance engagement and retention.
- Work closely with engineering, design, content and marketing to deliver timely and high-quality releases.
- Define and track OKRs for engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Use data to understand and optimize conversion funnels and user journeys.
- Collaborate with growth teams to run experiments that drive organic and referral acquisition.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C tech preferably in the spiritual space.
- Proven track record in launching and scaling consumer products with strong user retention and growth metrics.
- Problem solving and Data-driven mindset with experience in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude and GA4.
- Deep user empathy and ability to craft emotionally intelligent UX journeys.
