Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager based at our Hyderabad office. The Product Manager will oversee the development and execution of product strategies, define goals and roadmaps, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers. The role involves gathering and analyzing user feedback, identifying market trends, prioritizing product features, and ensuring timely delivery of product updates and launches. The Product Manager will act as the key link between customer needs and technical solutions to drive product success.
Qualifications
- Product Management: Proven experience in developing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and overseeing the product lifecycle.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Market Research and Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, gather customer insights, and use data to inform product decisions.
- Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned with organizational goals.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and SaaS products; understanding of software development processes is a plus.
- Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
