Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Gurgaon. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmaps, and requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, align on strategies, and ensure successful product delivery. Other responsibilities include overseeing the product lifecycle, conducting competitor analysis, driving product improvements, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, and defining product roadmaps
- Strong skills in Market Research, Analytical Thinking, and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Excellent Project Management and Team Collaboration skills
- Effective Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Leadership abilities
- Strong business and technical acumen to bridge the gap between technical teams and business goals
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as Agile software, wireframing tools, and data analysis platforms
- Prior knowledge of the technology industry or related sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
