Quick Wage HRMS is already built. We need a PM to impose order and ship: finalise information architecture, streamline navigation, lock RBAC, close gaps, and take modules to production quality.
What you'll do
- Information Architecture: consolidate sitemap & side-menu; define canonical routes, breadcrumbs, redirects; remove duplicates.
- Core flows hardening: Attendance (logs, regularisation, geo-fence), Leave (policies/requests), Shift, Payroll run (pre-checks → retro/arrears → reports), Reimbursements.
- RBAC & compliance: page/action permissions (Admin/Manager/Employee); EPF/ESI/TDS/PT/LWF readiness; audit logs & retention.
- Specs that ship: PRDs with testable ACs, edge cases, empty/rollback states; maintain "definition of ready/done".
- Delivery & quality: grooming, RICE/impact prioritisation, UAT plans, release notes, go-live checklists.
- Instrumentation: define success metrics, wire basic analytics, review dashboards, iterate.
- Integrations alignment: biometric devices, SSO (SAML/OAuth), accounting (Tally/SAP/Zoho), govt portals/APIs.
- Screen inventory → approved IA & route map; implement redirects and page titles/breadcrumbs.
- Role/action matrix live for Attendance & Leave; guards enforced.
- PRDs + ACs for Attendance Regularisation and Payroll run v1.
- Minimal analytics: task success, error rate, time-to-task on top flows.
Outcomes & KPIs
- Navigation: ≤2 clicks to daily manager/employee tasks.
- Coverage: 100% routes mapped to modules + guards + breadcrumbs.
- Quality: UAT pass rate ≥95%, bug-escape rate trending down.
- Analytics: dashboards in place; time-to-run-payroll ↓, regularisation backlog ↓.
- Compliance: audit logs on sensitive actions; DPDP-aligned basics.
You're a fit if you have
- 5–8 years in Product; 3+ years in HRMS/Payroll/Time & Attendance (India).
- Shipped at least two of: Attendance/Leave/Shift, Geofencing/Biometric, Payroll & Compliance, Reimbursements, Performance/OKRs.
- Strong IA/workflow design; crisp PRD/AC writing; comfortable owning UAT & release quality.
- Bonus: DPDP/SOC 2 exposure, SSO & RBAC depth, familiarity with React/Tailwind and NestJS
