Role Description
Redington Solar Business : This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, located in Chennai. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product development, strategy, and lifecycle management. Daily tasks will include market research, competitor analysis, product roadmap development, working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams, managing product launches, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Product Manager will also be involved in identifying market opportunities, defining product vision, and driving its successful implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Development, Product Strategy, and Product Lifecycle Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Identifying Market Opportunities
- Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai
- Proven track record of successful product launches
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
