Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product development, managing the product lifecycle, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Daily tasks include defining product strategies, prioritizing features, and ensuring products meet market needs and company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Collections/LMS/LOS systems are preferred
- Experience in Product Management, Product Development, and lifecycle management
- Market Research and Data Analysis skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to define product strategies and prioritize product features
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in recovery and asset management software solutions is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
