Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Hyderabad. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of products, defining product vision and strategy, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, managing the product backlog, and coordinating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time. The Product Manager will also be involved in performance analysis and continuous improvement of products to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Product Management and Product Development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
- Excellent skills in Market Research, data analysis, and performance metrics
- Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Proven track record in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
