Are you a seasoned Product Manager/Product Owner with deep expertise in global capital market products? We're looking for a leader who can drive high-impact product strategy, discovery, and delivery for large-scale, complex platforms.
What You’ll Lead:
• Build & execute product strategy for high-complexity platforms
• Drive discovery: problem identification, hypothesis building, user insights & experimentation
• Own product delivery roadmap, sprint planning, prioritization & stakeholder alignment
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering & business teams
• Track product performance through metrics, data insights & release impact
• Mentor junior PMs & enhance product practices
What You Bring:
✔ 12+ years IT experience with 6+ years in end-to-end product management
✔ Strong capital markets domain experience (mandatory)
✔ Expertise in product lifecycle, agile delivery & stakeholder management
✔ Ability to influence, strategize & lead outcomes across teams
