Key Responsibilities:
-Develop new product opportunities that provide the business segments with additional fees and/or interest income.
-Lead a digital effort that will facilitate trade transactions for the final consumer and aid in business growth from a product standpoint.
-Oversee the various stages of the Trade Digital Platform's roll-out for the designated items, including the mobile banking solution. Monitor the progress accomplished in relation to the project schedule, emphasizing the next actions and problem-solving. Encourage companies to embrace and implement digital initiatives more widely.
-Investigate novel product options and solutions in the fields of traditional trading, risk-taking, and structured trade.
-Creating product notes, reviewing product documentation to complete BRDs and FSDs, etc.
-In charge of reporting and analyzing the product's numerous business performance KPIs. Excel and PowerPoint must be held firmly.
-Work together with the legal, compliance, operations, and risk teams, as well as the IT team, to create and upgrade the product while simultaneously promoting it with the business team.
