Role Overview: Product Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced
Product Manager
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive product development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a proven track record in product management.

The role also has requirement to guide ML/AI team too. This will be an amazing opportunity to learn

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.
• Product Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations.
• User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product design and ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
• Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies and marketing collateral.
• Product Metrics: Define and track key product metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
• Product Improvements: Continuously iterate and improve products based on user feedback and performance data.

What We're Looking For :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
• 4-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the construction tech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with
  Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  .
• Knowledge of
  authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth)
  .
• Exposure to
  WebAssembly (WASM), , or WebGL
  .
• Contributions to
  open-source projects
  or experience in building design systems.
