Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager located in Borivali Mumbai. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading Pharmaceuticals OSD product planning, strategy, and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include market analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products, monitoring product performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The role will also involve coordinating with stakeholders to meet regulatory and compliance standards, as well as maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Product Development and Lifecycle Management skills
- Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategy skills
- Leadership and Team Collaboration abilities
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
- Effective Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in pharmaceutical product management.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
