We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of next-generation AI-driven FinTech products. As a Product Manager , you’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to define and deliver scalable AI-powered financial solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping product direction, ensuring alignment with market needs, and driving measurable product growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for AI-based FinTech offerings. Align the product vision with business goals and emerging market opportunities. - Customer & Market Insight:
Conduct in-depth research on user behavior, industry trends, and competitive products. Translate insights into data-backed product strategies that enhance customer experience and retention. - AI-Driven Innovation:
Partner with data scientists and AI engineers to conceptualize, design, and deploy intelligent features — such as predictive analytics, automation, risk assessment models, and personalization engines. - End-to-End Product Ownership:
Take full ownership of the product lifecycle — from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, launch, and post-launch optimization. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery of product milestones. - Performance Tracking & Growth:
Define and monitor key product metrics (KPIs, OKRs). Use data-driven insights to refine product strategies and accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. - Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, partners, and clients, to align on priorities and communicate product vision effectively. - Compliance & Risk:
Ensure that product development adheres to financial regulations, data privacy standards, and security best practices in the FinTech domain.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech , AI , or data-driven SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of financial products , digital payments , lending platforms , wealth management , or AI-led financial automation .
- Proven track record as a Product Manager , Product Owner , or in a product growth capacity, delivering high-impact solutions.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts , data pipelines, and analytics tools.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver innovative, user-centric products.
- MBA, Engineering, or relevant technical degree preferred.
