Define go-to-market frameworks for product and feature launches and orchestrate their execution with Product, Marketing, Design, Sales, and Customer Success
Craft messaging briefs, narrativalue propositions and GTM frameworks for our SaaS platform that enable teams to effectively communicate product value, and continuously measure and optimize impact through data and feedback
Ensure consistent product communication as a review function across all touchpoints (website, campaigns, sales enablement) and co-own the website with marketing, responsible for the end-to-end journey of the website to the product
Engage directly with customers through calls, research, and industry events (~20–30% travel) to validate messaging, stay close to market needs, and build relationships that inform strategy
Build customer personas and ICPs that inform campaigns and product strategy, using both qualitative and quantitative insights
Measure and optimize messaging impact through analytics, conversion rates, adoption metrics, and customer feedback
You bring 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
You’re tech-savvy and curious – especially when it comes to AI and automation tools – and bring strong UX and product intuition to your work
You’ve independently led go-to-market initiatives and can show results through metrics like adoption, campaign success, or sales enablement outcomes
You’re a creative storyteller with strong writing skills and an analytical mind, able to shift between data and emotional messaging with ease
You have experience in cross-functional teams and love working collaboratively across Product, Marketing, Design, Customer Success and Sales
You’re fluent in both German and English and can adapt your messaging to suit different customer segments and regions
