Position Title: Production Supervisor

About The Role
An opportunity exists for a full-time Production Supervisor to join our friendly, hardworking team of supported employees at Yooralla Business Enterprise Seymour. Our Seymour site primarily manufactures timber products, as well as supporting the community with short-term packaging and wine de-labelling contracts.
- A current forklift license is essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of OHS requirements in a manufacturing environment is also essential. Experience working in an NDIS environment would be highly desirable.
- NDIS Clearance is essential!
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of OHS requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- The ability to be self-sufficient, making decisions to benefit the business and keep staff motivated on site.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a disability/health-related industry.
- Experience in an NDIS-funded work setting.
