Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in configuration and change management in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, adaptable, and resilient teammates.
You'll ensure that the project/program configuration is formally controlled throughout its lifecycle, enabling the delivery of accurate and complete configuration and change documentation to stakeholders. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including technical managers, project teams, and customers), establish and maintain configuration systems, and train team members on configuration and change management rules, among other responsibilities.
You'll specifically take care of creating and maintaining configuration baselines, as well as managing change control processes, but also drive improvements and share lessons learned to enhance the activity.
We'll look to you for:
Writing and maintaining the Configuration and Change Management Plan (CMP)
Establishing and maintaining configuration and change management systems, tools, and structures
Training team members on configuration and change management processes
Ensuring the application of standard procedures, instructions, and templates
Defining reporting and indicators for configuration and change management
Publishing configuration baselines and release notes
Controlling configuration and conducting reviews
Planning, organizing, and attending Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings
Analyzing configuration and change management indicators and reporting findings
Proposing improvements and sharing feedback to enhance processes

Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
Experience or understanding of configuration management and change control processes
Knowledge of configuration management tools and methodologies
Familiarity with creating and maintaining configuration baselines
A certification in configuration management (e.g., CMII, ITIL, or equivalent)
Proficiency in using VBA Macros in Excel
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Adaptability to new technologies and a willingness to learn
