Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project-related changes in line with organizational change management processes.
- Raise, track, and close change requests using ServiceNow.
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all changes.
- Support the implementation of simple changes while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Communicate change status and updates to stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements:
- Familiarity with ITIL/Change Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar change management tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
Preferred:
- Experience in coordinating IT or software development projects.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
