Who We're Looking For:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
- EIT or PE certification (or on track to obtain)
- 3+ years (Project Engineer) or 5+ years (Project Manager) of relevant land development experience
- Experience with site design, utility layout, stormwater management, and permitting
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality work and solving real-world problems
Compensation & Benefits That Back You Up:
- Salary Range:
- Project Engineer: $80,000 - $95,000
- Project Manager: $95,000 - $110,000
