Job Summary:

Antima Group seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee architectural and construction projects across its portfolio, including Antima Homes and Forum Marbella. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational skills, and a strategic mindset, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams from design through execution, working closely with architects, technical architects, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management and coordination: Oversee all phases of design and execution in collaboration with architects, technical architects, and contractors.
  • Construction supervision: Manage budgets, timelines, certifications, contracts, quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Client relations: Conduct regular meetings with clients, legal representatives, and project managers to review progress and quality.
  • Coordination with public authorities: Handle license applications and support municipal inspections.
  • Internal support: Provide guidance to maintenance, legal, accounting, interior design, and marketing departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing architecture and construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of budget control, certifications, and contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Presto, TCQ, Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit.
Work Environment:

Primary location: Antima Group HQ at Forum, Marbella.
