About Mane Projects: Mane Projects is expanding due to continuous growth and successful project delivery. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Advisory team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to world-class logistics facilities and collaborate with blue-chip customers on projects exceeding $1.0 billion over the next 3-5 years.
Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will lead critical projects and work closely with clients to achieve deliverables. Reporting to our Directors, your responsibilities will include:
Project Management: Oversee projects for our development partners in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, with budgets ranging from $50 million to $100+ million.
Lifecycle Oversight: Manage projects through all phases, including planning, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Business Development: Engage in activities to support business growth.

Technical Skills and Experience: We are looking for candidates with:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in construction-related projects with multiple stakeholders and risk management.
Expertise in commercial or contract management within the Design & Construct delivery model.
A history of delivering projects within specified timeframes and budgets.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing multi-stakeholder negotiations.
Excellent written communication and computer literacy.
Ability to present complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Experience directing and influencing multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.

Strong decision-making and judgment skills.
Comfort in navigating ambiguity and complexity.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

About You:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience with a contractor or client-side consultancy.
A tertiary qualification in Engineering or Project/Construction Management.
Experience managing all lifecycle phases of projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, practical completion, and handover.
A successful track record in delivering complex industrial engineering or construction projects for institutional investors or corporate clients.
Resilience and strength of character to influence, negotiate, and deliver outcomes in line with Mane Projects and client values.
