Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing contracts, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring objectives are met;
- Support in evaluating and selecting suppliers and contractors;
- Help coordinate real estate project analysis across various phases;
- Help coordinate architectural, engineering, and specialty design teams to ensure alignment with defined objectives;
- Assist with preparing and launching tender processes, and reviewing proposals;
- Monitor project execution, focusing on quality and timeline;
- Help to ensure compliance with legal and quality standards;
- Help prepare progress reports and updates;
- Contribute to cost-saving and efficiency strategies;
- Support supplier and partner evaluations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field;
- At least 2–3 years of experience in project management, design, or construction, mainly in buildings’ area;
- Experience in the real estate sector is a plus;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset;
- A good Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and MS Project;
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Fluent in Portuguese, with good English skills.
