Where You’d Be Working
Based in our Adelaide offices, our Project Managers serve SA-based customers. The Professional Services team includes project managers, implementation consultants, support, and sales staff. The team collaborates closely with customers, including onsite visits for requirements gathering, to identify effective business outcomes. Reporting to the Professional Services Manager for SA/WA, you'll work with diverse industries and enjoy a supportive culture with hybrid work options.
What you’d be doing
You will manage a portfolio of Pronto Xi implementations, assist with Account Management, and help develop our Implementation Methodology. Your experience managing multiple projects, along with strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, will be vital. This role offers excellent project management exposure, responsibility, direct customer engagement, and career development. You will work on client sites in dynamic environments, utilizing your project management and ERP skills, with benefits including a competitive salary, a great team, industry diversity, and growth opportunities.
About You
We seek Project Managers with:
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Proven Australian consulting and project management background
- Full lifecycle ERP implementation and upgrade experience (mid to large scale)
- Experience with Pronto Xi (desirable)
- 3+ years vendor project management experience
- PMI or PRINCE2 certification (advantageous)
- Leadership skills in managing medium to large teams
- Ability to identify and resolve risks early
- Excellent client-facing and consulting skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Stakeholder, issue, and scope management expertise
- Self-management and team collaboration skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and impact-driven attitude
To succeed as a Pronto Software Project Manager, you should have:
