We’re Sherpani—a design-forward lifestyle travel brand built for people who move through the world with purpose. We’re looking for a part-time graphic designer who doesn’t just make things look good—you make them feel intentional. From inbox to Instagram, showroom signage to ad creative, you know how to shape a brand story through clean, elevated design.
You’ll be a key part of our creative and marketing team, bringing campaigns to life through sharp visuals and thoughtful execution. If you're fluent in DTC design, crave a fast-paced creative environment, and have a portfolio that speaks for itself—we’d love to see what you’ve got.
What You’ll Work On:
- Email campaigns that convert and capture attention
- Ad creative for Meta and Google that performs without compromising brand polish
- Seasonal catalogs, lookbooks & print materials with strong editorial energy
- Scroll-stopping social graphics, both planned and reactive
- Showroom signage and display assets (Atlanta & Las Vegas markets)
- Packaging, POP, and branded collateral for product launches and promos
- Always pushing for strong brand cohesion—with a designer’s eye and a marketer’s brain
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of design experience (bonus if you’ve worked with DTC, fashion, or lifestyle brands)
- Pro-level in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Canva and Figma are a plus
- A clean, modern portfolio that shows range, intentionality, and a clear design voice
- You know your way around layout, type, and color—and your details are dialed
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
- A collaborative spirit with a point of view—you bring ideas to the table and know how to run with them

This is an in-person role (because creative energy hits different in real life), and you’ll be part of a team that values good design, bold thinking, and thoughtful execution.
This is an in-person role with a flexible weekday schedule (Monday–Friday). Hourly rate starts at $20/hour experience dependent.
