Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate QA Automation Tester with one year of hands-on experience in automation testing. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or Cypress.
- Automate regression, functional, and smoke tests for web and mobile applications.
- Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
- Perform API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
- Validate backend data using SQL queries.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve automation coverage and test efficiency.
- Prepare test reports and ensure test results align with project requirements.
Required Skills:
- 1 year of experience in Automation Testing (Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress).
- Strong knowledge of Java or Python for scripting automation.
- Experience in API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of manual testing for exploratory and UI validation.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
