Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
QA Tester / Project Coordinator
to join our team in
Delhi
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
functionality testing
,
client coordination
, and
project documentation
, along with a solid understanding of
UI/UX principles
. Experience with tools like
Figma
is highly preferred.
This is a
client-facing role
, and the candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functionality and UI testing of web and mobile applications.
- Prepare and review Scope of Work (SOW), technical documentation, and other project-related documents.
- Act as a bridge between the client and development/design teams.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage feedback.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure design and functionality expectations are met.
- Conduct client demos and presentations as needed.
- Track project progress and assist in project planning and coordination.
- Identify and report bugs, follow up with developers for fixes and retesting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA testing and project coordination roles.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing, test case preparation, and defect tracking.
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and workflows.
- Experience with Figma (viewing and commenting, working with UI/UX teams).
- Strong skills in writing technical documents such as Scope of Work (SOW) and requirement specs.
- Proven experience in client communication and project discussions.
- Excellent command over English – both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in parallel.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
