Role Overview
We are seeking a junior QA Tester with hands-on testing experience to support quality assurance for our SaaS products, including our AI-based bookkeeping platform. The role involves executing test cases, reporting issues, and ensuring product stability before release.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
- Report and track defects using Zoho Sprints/
- Perform functional, regression, and UI testing
- Validate implemented features against requirements
- Document test results and share feedback with the team
- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely bug resolution
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year experience in software testing
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Basic knowledge of web-based application testing
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman is a plus)
- Knowledge of SQL basics for data validation
- Familiarity with Selenium or any automation exposure is an advantage
- Basic understanding of accounting or finance domain is a plus
