About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Manual QA Tester with 2 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through detailed test planning, execution, and defect reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and execute comprehensive test cases based on requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on test coverage.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before release.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Basic knowledge of database/SQL queries for data validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
