QA Tester
Location: Nagpur, India | Remote/Hybrid Options
About the Role
TechnoMile is seeking a QA Tester to join our Technolgy Team. In this role, you will translate requirements into comprehensive test plans, rigorously test our products, and ensure high-quality deliverables. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across India and the U.S., supporting both manual and automated testing to ensure our solutions deliver maximum value to our clients.
What You’ll Do
Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, test cases, and test steps. Design, write, and execute test scripts for manual and automated regression testing. Create and maintain test data, execution logs, and defect management documentation. Analyze requirements, develop test strategies, execute test cases, track defects, and report results. Write and test basic database queries and stored procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore) to meet testing needs and provide ad hoc data support. Prepare and execute test scripts to identify defects before production release. Complete testing in line with agreed timeframes using appropriate test management and automation tools. Stay current on new technologies and continuously expand QA skills. Work within Agile SDLC frameworks and ticket-driven processes. Perform API testing with tools such as Postman or Rest Assured. Execute automation testing for web applications using Selenium WebDriver. Qualifications
3+ years of QA testing experience. Experience testing Web Applications, Microsoft CRM, and Salesforce CRM. Strong understanding of QA processes, STLC, and SDLC. Experience coordinating with downstream teams for integration testing. Proven ability to manage end-to-end validations under tight schedules, from requirement inception to production. Experience with test management tools such as Azure, QC, or Jira, along with strong defect management expertise. Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, developers, and stakeholders. Quick learner and self-starter, able to work independently in dynamic environments. Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation scripts into DevOps workflows (preferred). Who We Are
