Role & responsibilities
As a QA Tester, you'll play a key role in the software development lifecycle by validating functionality, finding bugs, and making sure our products meet both technical and user expectations. Youll work alongside developers, product managers, and designers to maintain high-quality software that drives customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs in JIRA or other tracking tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and test impact.
- Ensure thorough testing of applications across browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of test plans and scripts.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 05 years of experience in software testing or QA.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with testing web/mobile applications.
- Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail.
- Basic understanding of APIs and ability to test using REST tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering bug-free products.
