Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Management Specialist, located in Lucknow. The specialist will oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards, implement quality control measures, and conduct audits to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing data, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with teams to uphold quality assurance procedures. The role demands proactive decision-making and a thorough understanding of quality management practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Management, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance practices
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying areas for improvement
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with teams and presentation of findings
- Knowledge of ISO standards and other regulatory frameworks is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Life Sciences, or a relevant field
- Experience in the Diagnostics or Medical Industry is preferred
