Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the QMS to comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards
Manage document creation, approval, revision, distribution, and archiving
Technical SOP preparation for quality testing in coordination with design team
Prepare QMS performance reports (nonconformities, audit results, metrics, trends) for management reviews.
Ensure controlled documents are current, accessible, and properly versioned.
Managing JIRA tickets for ECN implementation
Requirements:
Handson experience on Quality Systems (ISO9001:2015 etc)
Excellent document management and organizational skills
Good Communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Cross functional team player
Proficiency with MS office, JIRA software and power point
Report preparation and presentation skills
Process-oriented mindset
Good to Have:
Mechanical or Electronics engineering. worked on shop floor in quality function
Eligible candidates:
Bachelor's degree in quality management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
