Our Am Law 100 firm client is seeking an associate who has at least three years of commercial real estate finance transactions experience, including mezzanine loans, preferred equity, asset management and workouts. This attorney should be able to run transactions on behalf of lenders from the inception through the closing and post-closing, including secondary market repurchase facility work and other exit strategies. The base salary range is $230,000-$390,000.
