Role Description
This is a full-time, 6 days working on-site Recruiter role located in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Additionally, the Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date talent pool and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent sourcing, interviewing skills, and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn & social platforms
- 4–5 years recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate assessment, and onboarding processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring regulations, and best practices in recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize effectively
- Relevant experience in recruitment, particularly for roles in industrial or technical sectors, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
