- Use staffing software and reporting tools to keep everything on track.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Goal-driven mindset — you love meeting (and beating) metrics.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- Motivated by success, teamwork, and helping others succeed.
