We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing and hiring across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to manage stakeholders, understand business needs, and close niche technology roles efficiently.
Experience in sourcing for SAP, ERP, or Salesforce profiles will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates.
Use various sourcing strategies including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure adherence to process timelines.
Represent the organization professionally and provide an excellent candidate experience.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in IT or consulting recruitment.
Proven track record of sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, and social channels.
Strong understanding of technical hiring, preferably in SAP, ERP, or Salesforce domains.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good to Have
Prior experience hiring for consulting or technology clients.
Understanding of end-to-end recruitment analytics and pipeline metrics.
Exposure to ATS platforms or recruitment CRM tools.
