About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing and hiring across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to manage stakeholders, understand business needs, and close niche technology roles efficiently.
Experience in sourcing for SAP, ERP, or Salesforce profiles will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates.
- Use various sourcing strategies including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure adherence to process timelines.
- Represent the organization professionally and provide an excellent candidate experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in IT or consulting recruitment.
- Proven track record of sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, and social channels.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring, preferably in SAP, ERP, or Salesforce domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good to Have
- Prior experience hiring for consulting or technology clients.
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment analytics and pipeline metrics.
- Exposure to ATS platforms or recruitment CRM tools.
