HR Recruiter Intern - Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking four highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns to join our

team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the

recruitment field, working closely with our experienced recruiters. The ideal candidates will

be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the full recruitment lifecycle.

Location: Remote - Work From Home

Responsibilities:

• Assist recruiters in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and
• interviewing candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and
• networking sites.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and job postings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be currently pursuing an MBA or have recently graduated with an MBA.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Mon-Fri; Sat-half day)
