Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Trainee to join our
Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in
recruitment, sourcing strategies, and the end-to-end hiring process. Exceptional performance

Key Responsibilities
• Support the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
candidates.
• Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks for talent
acquisition.
• Coordinate interviews, schedule follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, generate recruitment reports.
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
