HR Recruiter (Pharmaceutical Industry)
This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring candidates possess the necessary scientific, technical, and regulatory expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, and Corporate functions.
- Specialized Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates using various channels (job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, specialized databases).
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, industry experience, and cultural fit within a regulated environment.
- Compliance & Knowledge: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to industry-specific regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA) and internal compliance policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs and advise on recruitment strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, with a strong preference for pharmaceutical/biotech industry hiring.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with common pharmaceutical roles, required certifications, and the industry's regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.
