Role Overview
The In-Plant Recruiter will be stationed at the client's office and will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to fulfill the organization's hiring needs efficiently. The role requires strong coordination, sourcing capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the manpower requirements and job specifications from the hiring managers and business units.
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, networking, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up regularly to ensure smooth communication.
Participate in offer negotiation and extend offers to selected candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring standards.
Act as a liaison between the client and the recruitment agency for workflow and performance updates.
Support onboarding and joining formalities when required.
Work proactively to close positions within agreed TAT.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
Good understanding of job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
Result-oriented, proactive, and capable of working with target-based responsibilities.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and recruitment reporting tools.
Experience & Qualification
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 1–5 years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate HR.
Prior experience handling volume, sales, operations, or technical hiring preferred.
Should be comfortable working on-site at the client location.
CTC / Compensation
As per industry standards / Based on experience.
Additional Notes
The recruiter will be on payroll of (Federal Softsolutions).
