Job Description – Senior Executive, HR Recruiter

Location: Durgapur/Madurai

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and support roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks for sourcing.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlisting of candidates.
  • Initiate background verification, prepare and release LOI, offer letters
  • Facilitate timely joining and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new hires.

Campus Hiring

  • Execute campus recruitment drives in respective regions
  • Represent Pinnacle Infotech in recruitment drives viz, job fairs and walk-in drives.

Recruitment Operations & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage candidate pipeline, interview logistics, and hiring reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HR processes and smooth candidate experience.
  • Track hiring metrics and share recruitment MIS with leadership.

Qualification/Experience requirements

  • MBA / PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • B. Tech graduate preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT/Engineering).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, HRMS, and MS Office.
