Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and support roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks for sourcing.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlisting of candidates.
- Initiate background verification, prepare and release LOI, offer letters
- Facilitate timely joining and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new hires.
Campus Hiring
- Execute campus recruitment drives in respective regions
- Represent Pinnacle Infotech in recruitment drives viz, job fairs and walk-in drives.
Recruitment Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Manage candidate pipeline, interview logistics, and hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and smooth candidate experience.
- Track hiring metrics and share recruitment MIS with leadership.
Qualification/Experience requirements
- MBA / PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
- B. Tech graduate preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT/Engineering).
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, HRMS, and MS Office.
