Position Overview
The Recruiter – Overseas Division will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the timely and effective sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates to meet international client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates against job specifications.
- Coordinate with international clients to understand manpower needs and project timelines.
- Manage the documentation process for overseas deployment in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain strong candidate and client relationships to ensure continued business success.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in overseas or technical recruitment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Gulf and international job markets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client requirements efficiently.
