Join our dynamic team and help us connect top tech talent with leading organizations across the United States.What You’ll Do: Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US-based IT roles Work directly with MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) Source candidates via job boards, Linked In, and internal databases Conduct technical screenings and ensure candidate-client alignment Manage interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding Ensure compliance with US employment laws and visa requirements Maintain accurate records in ATS systemsWhat We’re Looking For: 3–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment Mandatory experience with MSP/VMS platforms Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1 B, GC, etc.) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Boolean search, ATS tools, and CRM systems
