Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Recruiter, located in Goodyear, AZ. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates to meet staffing needs. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, creating and posting job descriptions, managing applicant tracking systems, and building a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, the Recruiter will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
Talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Skills in relationship building, communication, and collaboration with hiring teams
Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment practices
Detail-oriented with skills in organization, time management, and task prioritization
Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in staffing or recruiting roles is a plus
