Position Overview:
The
Recruiter
will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring talented professionals to support the firm's continued growth. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through offer and onboarding, ensuring every candidate experiences a seamless and positive hiring journey.
Reporting to the VP of Talent, the Recruiter will partner closely with leadership to identify hiring needs, develop candidate pipelines, and continuously enhance recruiting strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Attraction
- Source and attract top talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
- Execute recruiting campaigns and candidate marketing initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
- Monitor job board performance and algorithms to maximize posting ROI.
Candidate Experience
- Manage the candidate journey from application through offer acceptance.
- Conduct video and phone screens to assess fit and alignment with company values.
- Ensure timely, transparent communication with all applicants.
- Represent company culture authentically and enthusiastically in every interaction.
Hiring Operations
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, and onboarding steps.
- Review candidate testing results and collaborate with hiring managers on next steps.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Update recruiting materials and job postings to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Continuous Improvement
- Recommend enhancements to recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify hiring trends and future talent needs.
- Support additional HR initiatives as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or HR, preferably within professional services, accounting, or finance.
- Strong ability to source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple roles and levels.
- Experience using ATS and Microsoft tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, self-directed approach and passion for connecting great people with meaningful work.
