We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter with a strong consulting background to join our team supporting a newly established Global Capability Center (GCC) through our RPO partnership. Positioned onsite at the client location in Hyderabad, you will play a key role in hiring for both technology and non-technology roles, contributing to the successful build-out of the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for technology and non-technology positions, leveraging consultative hiring expertise.
- Partner with client hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
- Drive strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer management processes aligned with GCC setup requirements.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track and manage recruitment metrics to meet client expectations and project goals.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within an RPO, consulting, or professional services environment.
- Proven experience hiring for both technology (IT, software, engineering, digital) and non-technology (finance, HR, operations, admin) roles.
- Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt recruitment strategies in a startup/GCC setup.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Full-time onsite availability at client location in Hyderabad.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with GCCs, MNC shared services, or high-growth tech/startup environments.
- Exposure to RPO delivery models and client-centric recruitment processes.
